a good plan and is working it to maximize team personnel and get the most production for the sake of the team but also to beef up depth at some positions of need and get players on the field that might not normally see playing time and to better fit and use their talent. He doesn’t pull any punches and doesn’t sound like a bunch of coach speak. He just puts it out there and I like that.
